This program will be a mini health reset where we will have coaching sessions once a week for 3 months, to work on goals, and work through challenges.

This program is designed to give you the time and support needed to make lasting changes. Over the course of six months, we’ll work together to help you form sustainable habits that fit your unique lifestyle and goals.

I’ll be your guide, helping you navigate challenges, celebrate wins, and stay on track. We’ll meet every other week for 60-minute sessions, where we’ll dive into the specific areas of health that matter most to you. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that empowers you to reach your wellness goals and set you up for long-term success.

12 Month Program

This year-long coaching program is designed for those ready to commit to long-term transformation and take their health journey to the next level. Over the course of 12 months, we’ll work together to not only build sustainable habits but also deepen your understanding of your body’s needs, tackle challenges head-on, and truly transform your relationship with food, movement, and overall wellness.

Here’s what the program looks like:

Personalized Health Strategy: In the first 6 months, we’ll focus on laying a solid foundation, identifying and addressing the key areas of health that are unique to you. In the second half, we’ll refine your plan, fine-tuning your habits and goals to ensure long-term success.
Ongoing Support: We’ll meet twice a month for 60-minute sessions, giving us plenty of time to dive deeper into your goals, track progress, and pivot when necessary. Between sessions, I’ll be available for support, accountability, and guidance as you implement new strategies.
Holistic Approach: This program is about more than just weight loss or fitness—it’s about nurturing your mind, body, and soul. We'll address stress management, emotional health, nutrition, sleep, movement, and self-care, creating a fully integrated approach to your wellness.
Sustaining Results: In the final months of the program, we’ll focus on long-term maintenance. We’ll build a sustainable, flexible lifestyle plan so you can maintain your progress, troubleshoot any obstacles, and continue to grow on your wellness journey long after our coaching sessions end.
